STATE AND LOCAL POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCIES ARE REQUIRED TO OPERATE AMBIENT SAMPLERS. AGENCIES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AMBIENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DATA ANNUALLY. DATA IS USED FOR COMPLIANCE DETERMINATIONS, CONTROL ANALYSES AND FOR PLANNING AND EVALUATION.
