Abstract:
SECTOPM 3(1) OF THE FAIR LABO STANDARDS ACT (FLSA) PROVIDES THAT AN EMPLOYER MAY PROTECT AGAINST UNWITTING EMPLOYMENT OF OPPRESSIVE CHILD LABOR BY OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE OF AGE CERTIFYING THAT A YOUTH MEETS THE FLSA MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS. FORM WH-14 IS AN APPLICATION FOR A FEDERAL CERTIFICATE OF AGE.
