Terms of Clearance:
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320 the Application for Political Risk Investment Insurance is approved until March 31,1988. Concurrent with its application for renewed clearance in 1988, OPIC will submit a report to OMB summarizin user evaluation of changes made to this application and recommended future changes to minimize the burden on respondents and maximize the usefulness of the information collected.

INSURANCE APPLICATION IS THE PRINCIPAL DOCUMENT USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER OPIC ISSUES INSURANCE FOR TO ASSESS THE RISKS OF THE PROJECT, DETERMINE THE INVESTOR'S ELIGIBILI AND CALCULATE THE U.S. AND HOST COUNTRY EFFECTS OF THE INVESTMENT.
