OWNERS/OPERATORS MUST NOTIFY EDP OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATIONS, STARTUPS, SHUTDOWNS, MALFUNCTION DATE AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TEST. PERIODS OF EXCESS VOC EXHAUST VENT CONCENTRATIONS AND EXCESS VOC INK CONTENT SHALL BE REPORTED SEMI-ANNUALLY. TEMPERATU DROPS IN THE INCINERATOR AND ACROSS THE CATALYST BED SHALL ALSO BE REPORTED SEMI-ANNUALLY.
