THE REVISED UNIFORM SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTS WILL REFLECT STABLE FINANCIAL DATA BASED, TO THE EXTENT REGULATORY CONSIDERATIONS PERMIT, UPON GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES.
