LARGE CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIERS HAVING ANNUAL AUDIT MUST SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE AUDIT REPORT OR NOTIFY DOT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE AN AUDI ONE COPY IS USED TO CORROBORATE A CARRIER'S FORM 41 REPORTS AND TO CHE A CARRIER'S CONTINUING FITNESS. THE OTHER COPY IS SENT TO ICAO IN FULFILLMENT OF U.S. TREATY.
