INFORMATION COLLECTION INVOLVES INVESTIGATING SPECIFIC REPORTS OF PRODUCT-RELATED INJURIES TO DETERMINE RELEVANT DETAILS OF INJURY SCENARIO (ROLE OF PRODUCT, VICTIM, AND ENVIRONMENT).
