In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, OMB approves this information collectio BXA must explain more clearly and precisely what an assurance letter must contain (needed information, level of importer signature, etc), and its relationship to the GTDR license and the technical data regulations. Also, BXA must explain how the written assurance operates in conjunction with re-export controls, and why the Kama Rive facility needs to be singled out in the regulations. Finally, BXA mus discuss what changes, if any, have resulted from the review of the technical data regulations and implementation of the export control amendments in the trade bill.
