Abstract:
THE INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER THIS REGULATION IS NECESSARY TO MONITOR THE SHIPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF DONATIONS TO MEE BASIC HUMAN NEEDS TO EMBARGOED DESTINATIONS. THE RESPONDENTS COMPRISE OF APPROXIMATELY 15 PRIVATE AND VOLUNTARY CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
