Abstract:
PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 507 AN AND 508(G) P.L. 95-87 REQUIRE THE APPLICANT TO SUBMIT THE OPERATIONS A RECLAMATION PLAN FOR THE UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITY. INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE MINING AND RECLAMATION PLAN WILL ACHIEVE THE RECLAMATION AND ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION PROVISION PURSUANT TO THE ACT.
