BANK DATA IDENTIFYING INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNETHICAL PYSICIANS AND HEALTH PRACTITIONERS WILL BE SHARED WITH LICENSING BOARDS, PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES, AND SELECTED HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.
