Abstract:
STATES WILL INCUR MOST OF THE ESTIMATED BURDEN IN THIS ICR FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIRED WHEN THEY VOLUNTARIL TAKE THE LEAD IN REMEDIAL ACTIVITIES AT SUPERFUND SITES. THE REQUIREMENTS REPRSENT THE EFFORT NECESSARY TO EVALUATE, SELECT, AND DEFEND REMEDIAL ACTIONS.
