THE QUARTERLY COUNTRY EXPOSURE REPORT COLLECTS INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL CLAIMS OF U.S. BANKS AND BANK HOLDING COMPANIES THAT IS USED FOR SUPERVISORY AND ANALYTICAL PURPOSES, TO MONITOR COUNTRY EXPOSURE OF BANKS TO DETERMINE DEGREE OF RISK IN THEIR PORTFOLIOS.
