Abstract:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10978 DATED DECEMBER 5, 1961 AUTHORIZED ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AWARD PROGRAM TO RECOGNIZE SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIO TO THE EXPORT EXPANSION PROGRAM.
