DATA WILL BE GATHERED FROM HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS. THE APPLICATION FORM IS NEEDED TO CONDUCT A COMPETITION FOR THIS NEW PROGR IN 1989, AND TO COLLECT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR NON-COMPETING CONTINUATIONS IN 1990 AND 1991.
