Abstract:
THIS CLEARANCE PACKAGE PROVIDES BURDEN HOURS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TANK AND CONTAINER FACILITIES. UNDER RCRA EACH HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY MUST APPLY FOR AN OPERATING UNIT. THE REQUIRED INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED VOLUNTARILY OR WHEN EPA CALLS IN PART B OF THE RCRA PERMIT APPLICATION. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY EPA TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR A RCRA PERMIT.
