Abstract:
THE PROPOSED APPLICATION IS NEEDED UNDER THE MEDIUM AND LONG-TERM LOAN AND GUARANTEE PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE A MECHANISM BY WHICH EXIMBANK CAN EVALUATE CREDITWORTHINESS OF APPLICANTS. TO FIND REASONABLE ASSURANCE OF REPAYMENT, AND TO ASSURE THAT RELEVANT STATUTORY PROGRAMS AND REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. AFFECTED PUBLIC COULD BE A COMMERCIAL BANK PROVIDER OF COMMERCIAL CREDIT OR OTHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CREDITOR.
