3100 AND 3200 PROVIDE FOR THE LEASING OF OIL AND GAS AND GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES. FORM 3000-2 IS USED BY INDIVIDUALS, SMALL BUSINESSES AND OIL COMPANIES TO SUBMIT BIDS FOR COMPETITIVE OIL, GAS AND GEOTHERMAL LEASES.
