Abstract:
A SAVINGS AND LOAN WISHING TO CONVERT FROM MUTUAL TO STOCK FORM IS REQUIRED TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH THE BOARD TO PERMIT THE BOARD TO CLEAR INFORMATION THE INSTITUTION WILL PROVIDE THE ACCOUNTHOLDERS AND THE PUBLIC SO THEY WILL MAKE AN INFORMED VOTE AND INVESTMENT DECISION ON THE TRANSACTION PROPOSED.
