TSCA REQUIRES BUSINESSES TO NOTIFY EPA 90 DAYS PRIOR TO (A) THE MANUFACTURER OR IMPORT OF A NEW CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE OR (B) A SIGNIFICAN NEW USE OF AN EXISTING CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE.
