SEC. OF FIFRA PERMITS THE AGENCY TO AUTHORIZE STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO TEMPORARILY SHIP AND USE UNREGISTERED PESTICIDE PRODUCTS UNDER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
