12 CFR 545.92 AND 545.95 REQUIRE FEDERAL ASSOCIATIONS TO SUBMIT TO THE BANK BOARD APPLICATIONS TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH OFFICE OR TO CHANGE THE LOCATION OF AN EXISTING OFFICE. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION IS TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS SUPERVISORY OBJECTION TO THE APPLICATION AND IF COMPLIES WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
