Abstract:
THE INFORMATION ALLOWS THE BUREAU TO MAINTAIN RECORDS OF INDIVIDUALS W WISH TO BORROW REINDEER FROM THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF STARTIN A REINDEER INDUSTRY, DETERMINE THE SPECIFIC AGE AND SEX OF REINDEER BORROWED, AND TO INSURE THEIR PROPER RETURN TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY BE HELD IN TRUST FOR ALASKA NATIVES.
