THIS REPORT WILL COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MORTGAGE LENDERS ON MORTGAGE AND HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN APPLICATIONS. STATE MEMBER BANKS AND MORTGAG BANKING SUBSIDIARIES OF BANK HOLDING COMPANIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE THE LOAN/APPLICATION REGISTER AS A RUNNING LOG THROUGHOUT THE CALENDAR YEAR AND TO SEND IT TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM BY MARCH 1 OF THE
