Abstract:
PROPOSALS BY STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND TRIBES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM UNDER THE SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM WILL BE SOLICITED. THIS PROGRAM, CREATED BY THE STEWART B.
