THE FEDERAL POWER ACT REQUIRES EACH PUBLIC UTILITY CERTAIN HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT LICENSEES AND QUALIFYING SMALL POWER PRODUCERS T FILE FOR APPROVAL, RATE SCHEDULES TOGETHER WITH RELATED CONTRACTS AND SERVICE CONDITIONS. SUPPORTING DATA IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE REASONABLENESS OF THE RATES.
