THIS FINAL RULE AMENDS 10 CFR 50.54(W), "STABILIZATION AND DECONTAMINATION PRIORITY AND TRUSTEESHIP PROVISIONS," WHICH REQUIRES A LICENSEE SUFFERING AN ACCIDENT TO SUBMIT A CLEANUP PLAN OUTLINING STEPS AND COSTS TO COMPLETE DECONTAMINATION AND CLEANUP AND RELEASE REMAINING INSURANCE PROCEEDS FOR NON-CLEANUP PURPOSE.
