If the BUREC resubmits this information collection to OMB for review, BUREC should explain what steps it has taken to follow up on its commitment in the President's 1990 Information Collection Budget to review the efficacy of the 40 acre threshold for individuals submitting certification and reporting forms and assess the feasibility of increasing this threshold.
