Abstract:
MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS SUBMIT INFORMATION DESCRIBING THEIR PROPOSED PRODUCT LINE AND ITS EMISSION AND FUEL ECONOMY PERFORMANCE. THIS INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH MODEL YEAR. IT IS REVIEWED BY EPA TO VERIFY THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED AS WELL AS FOR TARGETING SUBSEQUENT ENFORCEMENT.
