THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS HAS FIELD PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES WHICH HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER CONTRACTS TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR THIS REQUEST INCLUDES THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS THAT THE VA PLACES ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR SO CONTRACTS CAN BE CONSUMMATED.
