THE TRADING PARTNER AGREEMENTS PRESCRIBED BY THE CLAUSE ARE REQUIRED FROM GSA CONTRACTORS IN STOCK AND SPECIAL ORDER PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE PROGRAM WHO WANT TO BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS THROUGH ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO ORAL OR PAPER DELIVERY ORDERS.
