The information collection is approved by OMB under the following conditions: 1) Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.21, HUD shall include the requir burden hour disclosure statement for the "Application for Permanent Housing for the Handicapped Homeless" and the "Application for Transitional Housing." 2) Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.4, HUD shall display a currently valid OMB control number and the expiration date of the information collection. These requirements are pursuant to the Paperwo work Reduction Act 5 CFR 1320. 3)In its next submission, HUD shall provide a greater breakdown of the burden associated with the followin portions of the information collection: project summary, applicant information, site information, plan/zoning consistency, acquisition an rehabilitation actvities, and operating cost. HUD shall provide a matrix of the burden hours associated with each activity listed above. We have approved this information for two years to allow HUD to addres the above concerns.
