12 CFR 545.74 REQUIRES FEDERAL ASSOCIATIONS TO OBTAIN OTS APPROVAL PRI TO OPERATING A SERVICE CORPORATION ENGAGED IN AN ACTIVITY NOT PREAPPROVED BY REGULATION.
