1 'MEDICAID, DRUG' OBRA'90 REQUIRES DRUG MANUFACTURERS TO ENTER INTO AND HAVE IN EFFECT A REBATE AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR STATES TO RECEIVE FUNDING FOR DRUGS DISPENSED TO MEDICAID RECIPIENTS.
