SOURCES MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATION, ANTICIPATED/ACTUAL START-UP DATE, AND DATE AND RESULTS OF THE PERFORMANCE TEST. RECORDS OF THE PERFORMANCE TEST RESULTS, MONITOR PRESSURE DROPS, AND START-UPS, SHUTDOWNS, AND MALFUNCTIONS MUST BE MAINTAINED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
