THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ISSUES PERMITS IMPLEMENTING PROVISIONS OF AGENCY REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE USE OF PUBLIC LANDS. USE OF A SINGLE PERMIT IS INTENDED TO STREAMLINE AND REDUCE COSTS TO THE GOVERNMENT AND INFORMATION COLLECTION BURDEN ON AFFECTED APPLICANTS.
