Abstract:
FORM TA-1 IMPLEMENTS A STATUTORY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT FOR TRANSFER AGENTS. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON TA-1 IS USED TO DETERMINE IF REGISTRATION SHOULD BE GRANTED. RULE 17AC2-1(C) REQUIRES TRANSFER AGENTS TO AMEND FORM TA-1 IF INFORMATION SUBMITTED THEREON BECOMES INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR MISLEADING.
