Abstract:
THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO ALLOW AN INCIDENTAL TAKE OF MARINE MAMMALS AND TO MONITOR ANY AUTHORIZED TAKING. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS ANY U.S. CITIZEN THAT INCIDENTLY TAKES MARINE MAMMALS IN OTHER THAN COMMERCIAL FISHING OPERATIONS.
