Abstract:
THE UPWP DESCRIBES ALL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING ACTIVITIES TO BE FUNDED DURING THE NEXT TWO YEAR PERIOD USING FHWA AND UMTA PLANNING FUNDS. TH INFORMATION IS USED FOR THE GRANT REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCESS. THE TIP IS A STAGED MULTI-YEAR PROGRAM OF TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
