Abstract:
THE TRANSPORTATION ACQUISITION REGULATIONS ARE NECESSARY FOR DOT TO CARRY OUT ITS MISSION. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO EVALUATE BIDS AND PROPOSALS, ESTABLISH AND MONITOR CONTRACTS AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH MANDATORY PUBLIC PROVISIONS. RESPONDENTS INCLUDE MANUFACTURERS, SUPPLIERS, ENGINEERING FIRMS, ETC., BOTH LARGE AND SMALL.
