INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR REPORTS TO CONGRESS UNDER SECTION 603 OF THE CLEAN AIR ACT AMENDMENTS OF 1990 AND TO FULFILL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN THE SAME SECTION.
