EPA HAS PROMULGATED REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR INDIVIDUALS TO SUBMIT RULEMAKING PETITIONS, SOLID WASTE AND BOILER VARIANCES AND TREATABILITY STUDIES TO EPA.
