Abstract:
INFORMATION IS NEEDED FROM STATE AGENCIES ATTESTING THAT THE AGENCIES HAVE REGULATORY JURISDICTION OVER PIPELINE SAFETY, HAVE ADOPTED MINIMU FEDERAL SAFETY STANDARDS, AND ARE COMPLYING WITH OTHER REQUIREMENTS AS AGENTS FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION IS PROVIDED ON ANNUAL CERTIFICATION/AGREEMENT STATEMENTS AND IS USED TO CALCULATE STATE GRANTS.
