IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE THE 40 CFR PART 258 SOLI WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY CRITERIA ON A STATE LEVEL, OWNERS/OPERATORS OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILLS WILL HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE RECORDKEEPING/REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF THE PART 258 CRITERIA.
