Abstract:
IMPLEMENTATION OF A REIMBURSABLE GRANT PROGRAM TO ENHANCE EXISTING STATE AND LOCAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAMS. GRANT PROGRAM IS TO INCREASE STATE AND INDIAN TRIBAL EFFECTIVENSSS IN HANDLING ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS INVOLVING THE TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.
