Abstract:
FISHING INDUSTRY, ALASKA, LOGBOOKS' LOGBOOKS ARE NEEDED TO OBTAIN FISHERY MANAGEMENT DEPENDENT DATA ON FISHING CATCH, FISHING EFFORT, AND ASSOCIATED BIOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC INFORMATION FROM FISHERMEN. DATA ARE USED FOR STOCK ASSESSMENTS, QUOT COMPLIANCE, REGULATORY ANALYSES, AND FISHERY MONITORING.
