Abstract:
THIS REGULATION REQUIRES OPERATORS OF UNDERGROUND COAL MINES TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS TO ENSURE THAT ANY PERSON ENTERING THE MINE DOES NOT CARRY SMOKING MATERIALS, MATCHES, OR LIGHTERS. THE PROGRAMS ARE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT A FIRE OR EXPLOSION DOES NOT OCCUR.
