Abstract:
THIS STANDARD REQUIRES OWNERS OF COAL PREPARATION PLANTS TO MAKE REPOR TO THE ADMINISTRATOR AND TO KEEP RECORDS. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS ENABLE THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE THAT BEST DEMONSTRATED CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IS INSTALLED AND PROPERLY OPERATED AND MAINTAINED. NO PERIODIC REPORTING IS REQUIRED.
