OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF SOURCES OF RADIONUCLIDES EMITTED TO THE ENVIRONMENT ARE REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH EMISSION STANDARDS THROUGH THE CONDUCT OF TEST AND CALCULATIONS. TEST AND CALCULATION INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED TO EPA. CERTIFICATION AND USE RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED BY OWNERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND USERS OF PHOSPHOGYPSUM.
