Abstract:
10 CFR PART 110 PROVIDES THE APPLICATION, REPORTING, AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IMPORT OF NUCLEAR EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL. THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD REQUIRE SPECIFIC LICENSING OF CERTAIN IMPORTS AND EXPORTS OF RADIOACTIVE WASTE.
